This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 782 platform. By registering for or using any service on 782, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

3 User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the 782 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following while using our services:
Prohibited Conduct
- Using automated software, bots, or other tools to access or manipulate the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, odds manipulation, or collusion with other players.
- Uploading or distributing content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or interfering with its technical operations.
- Using your account for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
User Responsibilities
- Users are fully responsible for all activities carried out through their accounts.
- Users must ensure that the device and internet connection used are secure before accessing their account.
- Any suspicious activity detected by the 782 system may result in the account being temporarily suspended pending investigation.
- Users agree to cooperate with 782 in any investigation relating to account usage where required.
4 Payment, Transaction & Fund Policy Information
All transactions on the 782 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment details provided are accurate and that the payment method used is legitimately owned by the user.
Confirmed deposits are non-reversible. Funds will be credited to your account balance once payment confirmation is received. 782 reserves the right to decline any deposit that raises suspicion or does not comply with the prescribed limits.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and security checks. 782 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals that require further investigation. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit or one registered under the user's name.
For accounts that have been inactive beyond the stipulated period, 782 reserves the right to impose an administrative fee or take appropriate action on the account balance in accordance with the policy in effect at that time.
782 shall not be liable for any delays in transaction processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
5 Liability Limits, Account Policy, and Intellectual Property

782 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, data loss, or technical failures beyond our control.

Account Suspension and Closure
782 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, platform abuse, or any action that poses a risk to the platform or other users.
Users whose accounts have been closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to claim any refund of funds that may have been forfeited as a result of their actions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 782 platform, including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of 782 or parties that have licensed it to us. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any part of this content without prior written consent from 782.
Any unauthorised use of 782's intellectual property may result in legal action.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the relevant jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from the use of the 782 platform that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with the applicable law.
Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions.
